Callahan Custom Homes is a premier custom home builder located in St. Louis, Missouri. Our company specializes in a variety of luxury residential development and construction services. At Callahan Custom Homes our mission is very simple: we are devoted to turning your dream home into a reality.

WHO WE ARE

Ken Callahan, owner of Callahan Custom Homes and St. Louis native, has been working in the industry for more than 24 years. Callahan’s expertise is unmatched because of his extensive background in construction. Starting out as a carpenter and foreman during the first decade of Callahan’s career helped him to master every facet of the building process. By 2005 Callahan created his own general contracting and construction management company, BoKal, specializing in commercial building. Working a wide network of subcontractors, all dedicated to the same quality of work and competitive pricing that Callahan represents, the business quickly gained momentum. After much success on the commercial side, in 2016. Callahan decided it was time to create a separate company solely devoted to his highly requested residential work.

Our Design Process

 

Callahan Custom Homes works closely with each client to design and construct their ideal dream home. The custom design process always begins with a meeting to discuss ideas and draw up sketches of the vision for the house. With our hands-on approach every step of the way, we carefully and thoughtfully help clients select every detail down to the type of finish, flooring, lighting and paint color for their home. Offering the highest level of value engineering so that each part of the building process, from design to supplies, crews, engineering, utilities, permits, and inspections, achieves the absolute best product for the best price.
